We currently ship throughout Japan. If you have any questions regarding delivery to your location, please contact our support team.


2. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

2.1. Product Manufacturing

  • All products are manufactured after payment confirmation.
  • The production time is up to 5 business days.

2.2. Shipping and Delivery Times

The delivery period starts counting from the shipping date, and it may vary depending on the recipient’s location and the chosen shipping method. The estimated times are:

  • Central regions of Japan: 2 to 5 business days
  • Remote areas and islands: 3 to 7 business days

3. SHIPPING METHODS

We work with major carriers and postal services in Japan to ensure safe and efficient shipping. The available options include:

  • Standard delivery: Estimated time of 2 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery: Estimated time of 2 business days (subject to availability)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order's weight and delivery region.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with a tracking code and a link to monitor the delivery in real-time.

If you do not receive this information, please check your spam folder or contact us.


5. ORDER RECEIPT

5.1. The customer must ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the order within the expected delivery time.
5.2. If the carrier fails to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our store. The cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
