By completing a purchase at KMS crafts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your purchase.
1. PURCHASE PROCESS
1.1. All orders placed on our store go through a verification and payment confirmation process before production begins.
1.2. The customer must provide accurate and complete information at the time of purchase, including name, shipping address, and payment method.
1.3. KMS crafts is not responsible for errors in the provided information that may cause delays or delivery issues.
2. PAYMENT
2.1. We accept payments via Credit Card(PayPal).
2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.3. The payment confirmation period may vary depending on the selected method. Production will only begin after payment is confirmed.
3. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
3.1. All products are made to order, and production begins only after payment confirmation.
3.2. The manufacturing process takes up to 5 business days and may vary depending on order volume.
3.3. The delivery period starts from the shipping date, not from the purchase date.
3.4. The customer will receive a tracking code via email as soon as the order is shipped.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
4.1. Cancellations will only be accepted before production begins. After that, cancellations will not be possible.
4.2. If the customer wishes to change order details (e.g., shipping address or personalization), they must contact us as soon as possible before production starts.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1. As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to customer remorse or incorrect selection.
5.2. In case of manufacturing defects or order errors, the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the product and provide photos for analysis.
5.3. If an error is confirmed, we will offer the option of a replacement product or a partial/full refund, depending on the case.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. The customer must review all order details before finalizing the purchase, including selected product, customization (if applicable), shipping address, and payment method.
6.2. KMS crafts is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carrier issues
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
