Return Policy

At KMS crafts, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure transparency and efficient service, we have established the following return policy.


1. RETURN CONDITIONS

1.1. Customized or Made-to-Order Products

  • Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to customer remorse or incorrect selection.
  • We recommend that customers review all details carefully before completing their purchase.

1.2. Products with Defects or Manufacturing Errors

  • If the received product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, the customer may request a return.
  • The return request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

2.1. To request a return, the customer must contact us via email or WhatsApp, providing:

✔ Order number
✔ Description of the issue
✔ Photos or videos proving the defect or error

2.2. Our team will review the request within 3 business days and provide instructions for returning the product if the request is approved.

2.3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use or modifications, along with all accessories, if applicable.


3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

3.1. Returns Due to Defects or Order Errors

  • If a manufacturing defect or an order mistake is confirmed, KMS crafts will cover the return shipping costs.

3.2. Returns for Other Reasons (When Applicable)

  • If a return is approved for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

4. REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

4.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the customer may choose between:

✔ Receiving a replacement product at no additional cost (if available)
✔ Receiving a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

4.2. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 10 business days to be completed, depending on the financial institution.


5. SITUATIONS WHERE RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

🚫 Products damaged due to misuse or modifications made by the customer
🚫 Orders returned without prior communication and approval from our team
🚫 Products without defects or order errors (unless a special return policy applies)
